Currently, we do not use, store, create or pass on mailing lists, compiled from any emails we receive.

Tracking
Information on website traffic (hits) and usage patterns is collected using eXtreme Tracker.

The IP address through which you are browsing is recorded (the IP address is the name given to the web server, through which your Internet Service Provider gives you internet access).

Cookies
What is a Cookie? Cookies are used to track general usage patterns and to make the forums easier to use. For instance, after you have posted a message, your name and email address will be "remembered" in a cookie so the next time you post, you won't have to enter this information again. This information could be saved in a central file on a server, but in the interest of your privacy, a cookie is used, which resides on your computer.

There are many misconceptions about cookies. Here are some facts:

• The cookie is assigned by the Web site. It can only contain information known to that site.
• When a Web site reads a cookie, it can only read the information that the Web site itself had assigned to the cookie earlier.
• Only the site assigning a cookie can read it later.

This site downloads a single cookie to your computer.

What is it used for? The website is managed and maintained by a sitebuilding software tool. The cookie in question is only used as a method of managing logins to the sitebuilder tool and nothing more.

The cookie does not infringe on the rights of any visitors to the site - i.e. they don't collect any information from the visitors other than the IP address through which they are browsing.

Can I delete the cookie from my computer? Of course you can, here's how:

You can easily delete any cookies that have been installed in the cookie folder of your browser. For example, if you are using Microsoft Windows Explorer:

• Open 'Windows Explorer'.
• Click on the 'Search' button on the tool bar.
• Type "cookie" into the search box for 'Folders and Files'.
• Select 'My Computer' in the 'Look In' box.
• Click 'Search Now'.
• Double click on the folders that are found.
• 'Select' any cookie file.
• Hit the 'Delete' button on your keyboard.

Alternatively, select Help from your Windows menu and search for "cookies".

If you are not using Microsoft Windows, then you should select "cookies" in the "Help" function for information on where to find your cookie folder.

The eXtreme Tracker and Cookie are totally independent of each other. They do not work together either jointly or independently in any respect. They are totally separate entities.

Currently, we do not give advertising space to third parties.

Disclosures
We may disclose user information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) our rights or property, other users, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities. We may disclose user information when we believe in good faith that the law requires it.
